If my facility was selling an item to QualityMed, Inc. Is it a difficult process, and how soon will I be paid for the equipment?
We keep the process very simple. Simply fill out the form under the “Sell your Equipment” tab or call us. Once we agree on a price, we will then send a company check. After the check is cleared, we will arrange shipping of equipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa or Master Card Direct, All major credit cards through PayPal, Wire Transfers, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks.

Will QualityMed, Inc. handle shipping?
Yes, our shipping department is experienced and professional, and can safely handle any and all packaging, loading, removing and/or shipping of any sized equipment.
Does QualityMed, Inc. offer a warranty on purchased equipment?
Yes, QualityMed, Inc. does offer a 30 day warranty on most purchases. Full purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of item in as-shipped condition. (Return shipping is not included.)
